Community Group Leaders

Our most basic and probably most important leaders at Koinos are those that facilitate and shepherd our community groups.  These men and women are an integral part of who we are.  Much of the spiritual growth, relationship building, and community service that happens through the ministry of Koinos happens through the specific avenue of Community Groups.  In effect, Community Group leaders are “pastors” of the people in their group.  Brian and the Leadership Team pay close attention to these leaders and meet with them regularly.  They should consistently be nurturing others in their groups to be future Community Group leaders, as well.
