Like any community, there are various levels of leadership within Koinos that cover different spheres of influence and, of course, some forms of leadership that are informal.  The following is a description of the official forms of leadership at Koinos.

Leadership Team

The highest level of leadership within Koinos is the Leadership Team.  The persons who serve the church through this capacity, in effect, make up an executive team.  Presently, the Leadership Team consists of the Pastor, the Associate Pastor of Community Formation, and two other members.  The Leadership Team is responsible for making the highest decisions needed for the church.  Some of their decisions include creating the budget, hiring and firing staff, creating the overall vision and mission of the church, overseeing legal issues, and selecting future members of the Leadership Team.

The current Leadership Team is slated to serve in that capacity through June of 2006.  The members are: Associate Pastor of Community Formation, Jarred Garber; Jerry Leaman; Jared Newswanger; Pastor Brian Ross.
